We will make aging for 100% of our products before packing to make sure the quality is reliable.
IQC Process
For all the materials, we will arrange IQC checking to make sure the quality of components is OK before production.
Storage of key components
The storage of key components such as ICs will be stored in a special room which consistent temperature and humidity.
Battery reliability test
Battery is a key component of speakers, we will make 300 times charge-discharge test to makes sure the battery is reliable.
